As a user researcher with 4 years of experience in design consultancy, startups and public sector, I am dedicated to identifying user needs through building empathy, using mixed research methods and engaging critical thinking.

With an MA degree in Sustainable Design from Kingston School of Art (London, UK), I am passionate about using research-based design to solve complex problems, with a strong focus on accessibility and sustainability. I strive to bring people closer together through thoughtful and inclusive design solutions.     • Manage and lead user research for the council website redevelopment, working closely with Service Designer, Content Designers, UX Designer, and Data Analysts, ensuring engagement with different groups with accessibility needs throughout the research process.

    • Defined research goals and conducted projects with stakeholders across multiple teams (Core products - web and mobile app, Expansion).

    • Analysed user behaviours using Fullstory and generated hypotheses for further research.

    • Built the first pet telehealth product in Taiwan from scratch at PEBBO.

    • Conducted onsite and remote depth interviews and usability testing with prototypes.

    • Developed personas through exploratory research with pet owners.

    • Organised and facilitated events in London to connect with pet owners from abroad.

    • Conducted user research for a design agency specialising in working with organisations for social and environmental good.

    • Developed concepts for validation testing based on problem analysis.

    • Defined user needs and pain points to deliver research findings aligned with the agency's mission.

    • Managed and hosted four networking events, fostering connections within the impact-driven community.

  • Vision Union, Taipei, Taiwan. Apr.-Sep. 2019

    Taoyuan Land Art Festivel (Sub-exhibition area), Taoyuan city, 2019

    • Researched the local history, communicated with community chiefs, school, local organisations, and developed the storylines for the exhibition.

    • Conducted over 20 community co-creating workshops with over 100 residents and 8 artists, and planned over 8 educational workshops.
